Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business on this site since May 10, 2002. We have been in the retail business since 1978. We have been on-line since 1998.

Q: How soon do you ship?
A: Most orders are processed, packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Q: How Long will it take to receive my order?
A: Diecast-World.com will ship in-stock items within 24 hours. Items listed on the web site are usually in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you within two business days, so that you can cancel your order or back order the item. We usually ship within 24 hours, but UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Holidays will also delay the shipping. Shipping to locations in the U.S usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. International shipments are not available at this time.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We ship by the method you choose or by Best way. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You can calculate their rates by going to their respective websites, or email us for a quote. Rates vary by weight, and location. Generally we can ship a 1/18 scale car anywhere in the Continetal U.S. for $10-$12. Remote locations cost more.

Q: What should I do if my item is damaged?
A: Contact us at customerservice@diecast-world.com. We will give you instructions on how to handle the claim. We gurantee satisfaction.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Wichita, Kansas.

Q: Where do you get your products?
A: We buy our products directly from the Manufactures Distributors. All products are Brand New items in the original packaging.

Q: Do you ship International?
A: At this time we can only ship in the United States.
