Shipping to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO addresses), will be shipped by UPS or USPS. International shipping will be by United States Postal Service.

If possible, we prefer to ship to a company or office address (it is usually faster). Please allow four to ten working days for delivery, depending on your location. If you require faster shipping express delivery can be arranged email us at customerservice@diecast-world.com .

If any item is back ordered, you will not pay any additional shipping, even though it will be shipped in a separate package.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico post office boxes and APO addresses will be shipped by US Postal Service

Before returning an item, you must call us at (316)-640-9027 between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday, Central Standard Time, or email us at: customerservice@diecast-world.com for a Return Authorization. If emailing, please state clearly the reason you wish to return the item. The return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. We will then arrange for pickup.

Please make sure the item is properly packaged with the correct amount of packing material. All display boxes and material must be included. The item must include all collateral materials that were sent to you.

Any items returned to us without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back to you.
